Enjoy a pleasant stay with good food and drinks in the heart of the Emmental. The varied menu offers something to suit every taste. From simple dishes such as Wiener schnitzel or bratwurst with rösti to beef fillet or the widely known "Sagi – Galgen," many delicacies are served at the Rössli. Not to be forgotten, of course, are the pizzas, which are made in-house and specially tailored to the wishes of the guests.
Events
Whether it's a wedding, christening, birthday party, confirmation, meeting, or simply a cozy dinner, the Restaurant Rössli has the right venue for every occasion. Starting with the hall for 130 people, the Anker and Rösslistübli for 20 people each, and the cozy dining room for 50 people. In summer, the partially covered garden terrace can seat up to 60 people, who can enjoy exquisite grilled specialties. Or you can celebrate in the cellar, in the bar decorated entirely in the style of the SCL, which is ideal for all kinds of aperitifs. The right wine is essential for a festive meal. The wine cellar is home to many fine wines from preferred locations. On request, we can bake the famous Züpfli or a giant Züpfe for you. The Rössli team will provide you with table decorations from our in-house gardener, which you can take home at cost price.
Bar
The bar is an absolute hit with connoisseurs and gourmets: a place to relax and enjoy a good drink or a select wine. It is always cool in summer and warm in winter. If you are feeling a little hungry, you will be spoiled with homemade pizzas.
