The Landgasthof Adler offers home-style, high-quality cuisine made with fresh products. Cream and butter dishes just like our ancestors loved. Throughout the year, various cordon bleu and Suure Mocke dishes are served alongside seasonal dishes. In the summer months, you are also welcome to dine on the terrace. Banquets and seminars for up to 80 people can be organized in the Emmentaler Saal or in the Sääli at the Langasthof Adler.

Wine cellar

You can sample a selection of grappas and national wines in the wine cellar. The Adler team is proud to show you one of the most beautiful vaulted wine cellars in the Emmental. The vault, which is more than 300 years old, is made of fired bricks and the floor is made of sandstone slabs. With an average temperature of 11° Celsius in winter and a maximum of 16° Celsius in midsummer, it has a constant humidity of 70-80% and is completely dark. It is free from vibration and shock.

The wines come from Switzerland, mainly from the Bündner Herrschaft, Valais, Vaud, and Ticino regions. However, there are also many fine and interesting wines from Italy, France, Spain, Portugal, and Austria. Overseas wines come mainly from California, Australia, Chile, and South Africa. And new wines are constantly being discovered for you!
