The history of Kambly SA began over 100 years ago in the Emmental with the Bretzeli. Since then, it has been produced unchanged, day after day, according to the original recipe and with the same care, in order to continually reaffirm the high quality and tradition of the Kambly company. To this day, all fine baked goods are produced in original, artisanal quality and appearance, as if by the master confectioner's hand, but with the latest and most modern tools.

Immerse yourself in the world of Kambly at the Kambly Experience in Trubschachen and discover the rich history of this family business at interactive experience stations. In the show confectionery, you can watch the master confectioners at work, and in the factory shop, you are sure to find your favorite biscuit among the wide range on offer. To mark Kambly's 111th anniversary, the experience world has been refreshed and surprises you with new attractions. Enter the Kambly experience through a typical Emmental farmhouse, where you will be greeted by farm animals.
Explore the origins of this traditional brand in the first Kambly bakery of the young Oscar Kambly I. At the raw materials wall, we introduce you to our local raw material suppliers and their products. Children are introduced to the topic with entertaining and tricky games. Watch the film to follow the manufacturing process of Kambly biscuits. Travel the world and learn lots of interesting facts about Kambly's export history in a playful way. In the children's play area, our little guests can play train drivers on the Kambly train and work as confectioners in the bakery.

Baking courses
Would you like to bake your own biscuit creations under the expert guidance of the Maîtres Confiseurs? "Bake it yourself" is available for children and young people as well as for groups, families, and clubs by appointment.
"Bake it yourself" for children and young people aged six and above is available every Wednesday and Saturday afternoon from 2:20 p.m. to 4:20 p.m. by appointment.
"Creative baking" for groups, families, and clubs is available on Mondays, Tuesdays, Fridays, and Sundays for up to 28 people by appointment.
