Regional cuisine
The freshness and high quality of the regional products are unmistakable. The Krone inn has made it its motto: "D'Region z Ämmitau" (From the region with love). The vegetables, potatoes, and salad come from Stephan and Anita Kuhn's vegetable farm in Rüegsa. All meat and meat products come from the Hähni Hasle butcher's shop in Rüegsau and the Gygax butcher's shop in Lützelflüh. The chicken comes from M&M Frischpoulet Martin Locher, Marcel Eggimann, and Renate Eggimann in Lützelflüh. Peter Schwarzentrub from Neuegg personally delivers the eggs. Not far from the Krone, you can watch how grain is processed into flour at the Kleeb mill.

School classes are very welcome and do not pay any additional room rental for food and drink.
