A delicious daily menu at fair prices. We also offer a variety of vegetarian dishes. Our youngest guests are very welcome at our inn and can enjoy a children's menu. They can also show off their artistic skills in our painting competition.

Tradition
Tradition is very important at the Älteste Gasthof Bären, Switzerland's oldest inn. Our annual traditional events such as Metzgete, Treberwurstessen and Saujass are proof of this.
Every first Wednesday of the month, we have folk entertainment at the Bären, organized by the Ländlerfründeverein Trubschachen.

Welcome to the Swiss Wrestling Museum. Since 2003, this traditional museum has been located at the Gasthof Bären Trubschachen. Come by and explore the history of Switzerland's original sport.
