Emphasis is placed on using as many regional and seasonal products from small and niche businesses as possible. With natural ingredients of exquisite quality and genuine, authentic flavor. From soil that is not hours away by plane, but at best on the doorstep. Eggs and bread come from the village, cola from Bern, and most wines from Switzerland.

Gourmet evenings take place at Esswerk6 from Thursday to Saturday from 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. These multi-course meals, with or without wine pairing, allow you to forget the time for a few hours. In an intimate setting, you will be pampered with skill and attention to detail in the garden, garden house, or at Esswerk6 itself, depending on the season, weather, and your personal preference.
Lunch
A simple and delicious lunch is served on Thursdays and Fridays from 11:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. You can choose between a meat or vegetarian menu. Delicious soups and crisp salads are also available.
Burgers in the garden
On Saturdays from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., you can stop by for a burger in the garden or takeaway. Joel's burgers are available in meat, vegetarian, or vegan versions. They are served with a delicious potato skewer. Alternatively, a generous salad bowl is also available.
Garden chat
The most beautiful setting for your event. The picturesque garden extends over several floors. It is romantic and sun-kissed. Various seating areas, stones, benches, and chairs invite you to linger.
