Dorfrundgang Signau
Anyone who walks through the village of Signau will be amazed by the unity and beauty of its buildings. Nestled between the two oldest inns, the village center is one of the most beautiful and impressive village centers in the Emmental. As the main town of the former district and later the district of the same name, the municipality of Signau has a rich history to tell.
Since 2008, the center of Signau has been listed in the ISOS inventory, which identifies sites of national importance that are worthy of protection. Every house is connected to people and families, and every house has its own history. It is most impressive to stand in front of the Beckhaus or the Moserhaus and admire the carpentry from the mid-18th century in all its grandeur.
