The historic building in a central location right next to the train station is unmistakable, and even after many years, the Pöstli remains an integral part of Langnau's village center. The young and cheerful hosts Bruno Kohler and Isabel Zürcher are delighted to welcome you. Bruno is a trained chef, baker/pastry chef, and innkeeper, while Isabel Zürcher is also a trained chef with a business school degree and further training in home economics. They are restaurateurs with heart and soul, combining traditional hospitality with contemporary and innovative flair. Guests here enjoy not only regional, seasonal, and home-style delicacies from the kitchen, but also warm, impeccable service.

Enjoy one of the daily menus, either with meat, vegetarian, or the daily special. All menus are also available as takeaway. The dishes are freshly prepared with seasonal ingredients from the region, and the service is fast and friendly.
In-house bakery
Specialties from the in-house bakery to enjoy with a coffee or take away. Every day, the display case offers an assortment of sandwiches, homemade cakes, and pastries, as well as our own Pöstlibrot bread. On Fridays and Saturdays, Ankezüpfe bread is also available.
