Brätlistelle Binzberg, Burgdorf
This barbecue area is a real gem: while barbecuing, you can enjoy a wonderful view over the Emmental hills.
Burgdorf shows itself from its most beautiful side on the Binzberg. The meadows here seem to be a little greener and the cornfields a little more golden than elsewhere. The forests remain pleasantly cool even in midsummer. And the barbecue area is a real gem: in the summer of 2022, the six Burgdorf service clubs jointly set up a wooden pavilion with a table and various seating options. In front of the pavilion is a barbecue and another table with benches. Also worth mentioning: there are several "wild" barbecue areas nearby that offer wonderful views of Burgdorf, Heimiswil, and the Emmental hills.
How to get there
On foot: On the Burgdorf-Wynigen hiking trail.
By public transport: "Heimiswil Kipf" bus stop, about a 25-minute walk to Binzberg.
By car: There is a shuttle service on Binzberg, so park in Burgdorf at Waldegg or at the Heimiswil bridge, for example, and hike up.
