Biohof Kohler, Weier im Emmental

This small, versatile home is located just outside the village of Weier in the Emmental at 800 meters above sea level. Dairy cows, pigs, chickens, ducks, and two rabbits live on the farm. The farm is within easy reach of Burgdorf, Langnau, and Langenthal. Its quiet location and beautiful views make it ideal for those seeking relaxation.

Overnight stay 
The "Sorglos-Hüsli" offers romantic overnight accommodation for two people in the countryside.
The Sorglos-Hüsli includes camping equipment, a Nespresso machine, and a toilet with shower (nearby).
It is easy to get there by bike on the Herzroute or on foot on a beautiful Emmental hiking trail.

Activities
Farm tours During an approx. 1-hour tour of the farm, you will experience natural, organic farming. Barley, corn, and hay are grown, which are needed as feed for the mother cows and fattening pigs.

Bread grain and spelt are delivered to a mill as bread grain, and malting barley is also grown for beer. Elderflowers are planted and harvested for "Ricola-Täfeli" sweets. The farm's own tea blend is made from a wide variety of herbs. Many different types of herbs and flowers are grown for the tea blends. The tea blend is cut, dried, mixed, and packaged in various quantities and types of packaging. Smell and touch herbs such as lady's mantle, ribwort plantain, orange mint, and various types of flowers that are used for the farm's own tea blends. During a cozy get-together with tea and coffee, you can fill your own tea bag.
