During your lunch break, the Forum serves homemade sandwiches, open sandwiches, or salads, which you can also take away. Don't miss the wonderful baker's brunch for the whole family, with a rich buffet every Sunday. Of course, you can also have breakfast with us during the week and order a Zmorge Lättli of your choice. At the Bäckerforum, you will find all kinds of "Cheibeguets."

For four generations, Aeschlimann's has been all about delicious and crispy breads, mouthwatering and exquisite pastries, and fine chocolate creations. A variety of sandwiches are also a must at the Forum. All products are made in-house. The Forum sources the raw materials for its range from the region as far as possible. In doing so, the Forum focuses on trust and sustainability rather than certifications.
