Schaubrauerei Brauschüür, Zollbrück
The Brauschüür show brewery, owned by Mein Emmental AG, was founded in 2017 and has been brewing its own craft beer in a beautifully converted old barn since 2018. On our trip to the pretty village of Zollbrück in the beautiful Emmental region, we introduce all interested beer lovers to the art of beer brewing. The restaurant with bar and beer garden invites you to linger. The Brauschüür can also be used as an event location.

Have you always wanted to know what goes on behind the scenes at a brewery? Our brewery tour will introduce you to the world of hops and malt. We'll reveal how a flavorful beer is brewed. Afterwards, you can relax and sample our different types of beer. This is accompanied by a delicious aperitif with Emmental specialties.
