Brätlistelle Gohlhausbrücke, Lützelflüh

Beautiful barbecue area with seating, grill, and play and climbing facilities in Lützelflüh.

At 62 meters long, the Gohlhaus Bridge is one of the largest wooden bridges still in existence. It was built in 1843. As traffic became heavier over time, the canton opened a new reinforced concrete composite bridge in 2000. The old wooden bridge was moved 45 meters upstream and is now used by cyclists and pedestrians. About 300 meters upstream, there is a beautiful barbecue area. Stone blocks serve as seating around the fire pit, and a few meters away there is also a covered bench set. There are various play and climbing facilities for children.

How to get there
On foot: Along the Emme riverbank path from Zollbrück via Lützelflüh to Burgdorf.
By car: Parking is available next to the old wooden bridge, from where it is about 300 meters upstream.
By public transport: Lützelflüh or Ramsei train stations, then follow the Emmeuferweg.
